We are thrilled to announce a new feature that will make managing payments even easier for you and your customers. Introducing the ability to perform one-off payments directly through our portal!

With this new capability, if a customer has missed a payment or has additional charges to settle, they can now conveniently make these payments online. No more need to call our customer service teams—everything can be handled quickly and efficiently through the portal.

We believe this enhancement will streamline the payment process, reduce administrative tasks, and improve the overall experience for both you and your customers. As always, our goal is to make managing household utilities and services as seamless as possible.

What’s changing:

• 🧪 New Agent Tariff Energy Product → trial rollout in select Sales Agent Tool only 
• 📊 Energy Products Reordered → all products in Quote Tools will now display for better clarity and compliance alignment.

However, as with any technology, there can be occasional hiccups that may impact the supplier connection. With our new Failover Supplier Resilience Hotfix, we have now implemented a backup plan to ensure uninterrupted access to our supplier network.

What does this mean for you as a customer? It means that even if there is a temporary issue with our primary supplier connection, the hotfix will automatically kick in and connect you with an alternative supplier, ensuring that your order is fulfilled without any disruption. This hotfix release also includes improvements to our overall supplier resiliency, making any potential disruptions even less likely.

We understand the importance of reliability and efficiency in today's fast-paced business world. Our team has worked tirelessly to develop and implement this hotfix, and we are confident that it will provide a smoother and more seamless experience for our customers.
